Tell us more about the moving of this oven. Like how far, road conditions, How it was prepped for shipping? Was there any difficulty’s during the move? Was it recommissioned by a tech?
What you describe sounds like a electrical connection or short to the motor controller. Likely brought on from the bouncing during transport. Especially if done on a trailer. Or drop, or tipping to get threw a narrow area.
First make sure the belt is free. Mark the belt. Remove the chain from the drive motor and turn it by hand a full revolution of the belt. Anything stiff or sticking will need attention before going farther. Now run the belt at 50% speed with a amp meter on the supply wires. Watch the current as you go from 100% down to 0. Should be stabile with no sudden spikes or drops. If erratic, check motor brushes and wiring connections. Tap near the speed control knob and watch for variation. variation means the potentiometer (variable resistor) is bad in the controller.
The last thing I’d be looking at is the location and ambient air temps, air flows. The controller does not like heat.
