Help with old Carter-Hoffman Fermenter

The model number number you gave doesn’t cross to anything.  Maybe that’s the serial number?  Not helpful in identifying your unit.  For that matter, I’m not familiar with Carter-Hoffmann making anything called a “fermenter”.

 

Perhaps you could post a picture of the front of the unit and a picture of the data sticker.
