Everything replaced except for the stones and t🤔he body. LP conversion. Nice tight blue flames. Thermocouple bulb is in the pilot flame. When I turn the thermostat all the way down and the gas shuts off, pilot stays lit. However, when the TS reaches temp and shuts off the gas, the pilot goes out as well.

    Leo,

That's what the burner should look like in bypass.

Two things I've experienced with that oven. One is the connection between the millivolt thermocouple on the safety valve. The other is the pilot mount placement and pilot assembly. Depending on the year of the oven, they were originally a hydraulic valve till 2009. Make sure it has this pilot assembly; Blodgett 55245 Pilot Burner Kit, Natural Gas/Propane | Parts Town

If you have access to a millivolt tap that is used on fryers, you can measure to see the voltage at the safety valve. Should be 50 millivolts. adjust the pilot up or down to get that. The pilot deflector is made of a very exotic metal and cannot be in the burner flame as it degrades and will not reflect the proper heat to the millivolt generator.

The other possibility is when the thermostat shuts off, do you hear a POP. That may blow out the pilot. richen the mix just a small bit it that is what is happening.

    Just a moment...
