Have a strange problem and don’t know where to go here.
The story, I guess they were washing down the top of the ovens after I began a delime. The oven started alarming E03 then E07. I shut the oven down and when tried to restart it it wouldn’t do nothing. I figured the got the main/front board we perhaps so replaced it. The oven came on but will not steam. The contactor will pull in for steam for about 20 seconds then kick off for about a minute then come on again. Replaced The water level board, sensor and vinyl tube because it originally said E03(water)issue.
The sometimes will alarm but will not give me a code. Im just at a loss as where to go.
    Model: BCX-14E
    Serial Number: 051116JW092T, 94B, 93T, 95B
    Voltage: 480
    Type of Control: Manual

Any help you could give would be appreciated

Sorry about the multiple post but wouldnt let me log in until after post

What chemical did you use for Deliming?

Are those codes coming up on the motor inverter? If so E03 would be over current event during acceleration.

E07 would be Over voltage protection.

Dont know if this helps but when deliming I press both the Steam knob and the Timer knob to start the delime process and I get one beep. now if I try to do the same it gives me two beeps which leads me to beleve it is trying to give an alarm but there is nothing in the display

    \thanks

How did you make out with the factory rep. Moisture and electricity are not friends. Especially low voltage electronic sensing that works with a 1-volt variation below 5 volts for off and on. Or 20 to 50 ohms for a reading. So, when you get moisture inside the control area, sometimes you have to take apart all the connectors and spray them with a moisture displacement. Electronic houses have cleaners for that, but WD40 may work. I'd be worried about residual though.

You had a overload alarm. That may have tripped a breaker or blown a fuse. I haven't worked on that model oven, so I'm not that familiar with it.

couldnt use factory rep as we have VOIP phone and nothing within about 50ft of oven. We did a bunch more testing and finally got the mode switch was part gone on the steam only, every other function seemed to work which still seems odd. anyhow we are up and running. Thanks again Fixbear for the help

Sorry to read that you didn't have service to call us. I would have given you the link to our training site if I had known. Here it is for future reference.
