I am looking for a schematic for a caravell commercial freezer mdl 306-998

Caravell is a Danish manufacturer and not great with documentation.  US law requires a wiring diagram be fastened to the machine, so if you open a cover or two and look on the inside you will probably find one.

 

     Contiinetel bought Matalfrio (Brazil) in 1989.  Then in 2000 went to the name Metalfrio Solutions.  They in turn entered into Europe by buying Caravell and Derby in 2003.  They have since built and bought plants in Mexico and Turkey.  Brands include Avantco, Masterbuilt, Continetal and Excellant.  But in all the merges and confusion of combining brands and production the support for Caravell has gone by the wayside. Not to fear, Most refrigeration today is standard supply by Danfoss, Sporland, Copeland, Tecumsha, Emerson, and Ranco. It’s only if you need dedicated parts like covers etc. that you run into problems.
