One more thing, just to make sure, which schematic are you using?

    1301 S/N 3043631 & ABOVE and where not readable 1301-4, 1302- 4 S/N 304331 & ABOVE for cross reference.

My only issue with this is one of the ovens has been converted to 240V, the other is 208V.

The only difference in them is the power wire on the ETC and conveyor boards are moved to 208 and the heater. is changed. The later fan motors would take either voltage. The 240 volt heater will work on lower voltage, but a 208 will fail prematurely on 240. Each power grid varies with voltage. Depending on the sub station and the voltage regulator that supply’s your building and if your so far out that they have installed a buck boost for line loss like where I am. It can even vary between phases and the type of system. (Delta vs Wye)

Make sure to check the blower wheel inlet for foreign objects like aluminum foil, plastic, carbon. Foil  is very common.

Is replacement motor rated at same rpm?

    Could be a problem.

Yes, the motor is the same specs as an original.
