I am looking for a manual for a Patriot dishwasher, model S-HTS-HT-18. Please help.
I cannot find anything on line.

First, what type of dish machine is it. Door, conveyor, under-counter? Might it possibly be a reconditioned machine by Patriot repair services? How old is it? And the old saying, a picture is worth a thousand words applies here.

Upon further research, Patriot food service equipment tried to file a trademark in 2015. Application entered 20 Jan 2015. after a lot of correspondence it was dropped for non response in Dec. They are based in British Columbia, Canada. And started with Blenders.
It’s owned by Admiral Craft Equipment corp. Also know to us as Adcraft. But there expansion plans must have hit a wall in the dishwasher area as they auctioned the section off in 2017. Good luck finding anything.
Most door machines that are built by smaller makers have similar parts and common pump designs, controls, and electrical. Control boards may be priority and spray wands.
