the door will not close i have to push it to slide all the way

Make sure your box is level and square, also keep the track clean and lubricated with mineral oil

Check the bottom rollers and track to be in good shape. Sometimes the track gets hammered out near the end from door bounce.  Also look at the ropes and rope guides at the top for fraying and foreign material in the tubes.  Wax the ropes.   Lastly check if the ropes have been replaced with ropes to long.  The weights may be hitting bottom or have something in the channels.
