I need the Schematic and a resistance vs temperature chart for the 2e-41100-08 temperature sensor also the manual would be nice to have for the ECCO-S Lang Convection oven.
Lang convection oven ECCO-S overheats I suspect the temperature sensor probe 2E-41100-08 or the temperature controller 2E-40101-19. I don’t have the convection oven manual or schematic.

There is a big difference in the ECOF-s and the ECCO-S. I called Lang and the sent me the upgrade manual for the ECCO-S. The Lang rep could not provide me with the resistance vs temperature chart. Good try but somewhat misleading.
