Being a Uline, they only have 2 basic designs. One uses a refrigerator style crescent cube maker. About 30 pounds per day.  The other is a spray style round cube with a dimple.  About 60 pounds per day. They are basically home under-counter machines  If you have water in the bin, your drain is not functioning.  Plugged drain line, pinched line, or foreign object over the drain hole.  If the water is flowing constantly down from the cuber, The water solenoid is leaking or the machine is not level and the water tank is leaking. But the overflow should handle the water.  So again we are looking for a blockage.

Give us a model so we know what you have and a more accurate discription of what is happening.  When was the last time it was cleaned and sanitized?
