Pre-2005 blodgett sho-g nat gas to LP conversion?
I have a pre 2005 blodgett convection oven that is currently for Nat Gas and needs conversion to Propane (LP). Called blodgett, they said needs 54015 parts number/kit. They didn’t ask for the SN – had they done so, they would have realized that kit is for 2005 and up only. Question – do you know if its possible to convert a pre-2005 oven? SHO-G is the model and SN is 080904XD061Z

For a conversion, call a service company. That’s not DIY territory.

First question is it a 2 or 4 burner? To covert a early one cost a bit more. And some parts are starting to dry up for the pre 05. Make sure to inspect the soundness of the frame and panels on it. Seen many with a corrosion hole below the burner.
