From your statement, you said the bin is full. Yes, if the bin is full, then ice should break the beam of the bin sensor set, the controller’s BIN FULL LED will indicate that by remaining on steady and the machine will stop production.
I’m not aware of any thermostat or sonar bin control incorporated into that particular machine. So YES, the eyes have it.
Why do you ask? Are you having a problem with it?
