I have a HATCO Flav-R-Fresh Holding and DIsplay Cabinet (FDW-1X) and need a wiring schematic. Does anyone know where I might find one online?

There should be one under the top cover of the machine.  If you need a replacement it is in the parts book on the bottom of page three.  But you will need to know your voltage to get the right one.

For some reason, Hatco isn’t big on putting their wiring/schematic diagrams in their manuals.

Nor do they like to make them easy to obtain.  HS2-743 is the part number, but other than straight from Hatco,  it’s impossible to get.
