I have a CH -v 1v- tb hot box,,,,, cannot figure out how to control the temperature limited dials can you help
1 I have a CHD 1tb very old do not see any controls to hold temperature any suggestions on how to keep a certain temperature on this device, there is only a timer and I on and off button not sure how it works

Could be it has a set thermostat that does not allow you to control temp. Turn it on and check how how it gets, probably heats up to 140 or 150 or something, just above the danger zone for food or maybe 180. Only way to find out is to try it.
