i have 2 Imperial gas fryers, the gas useage has doubled, but we are open the same hours.

Eritech, Imperial uses a direct thermostat that is screwed into the tank with a temp knob on the back. 2 high temp wires that go down to the valve right below it.

Hey Pare, how did you make out. I suspect that you found a target out of it’s holder. Usually 4,5,or 6.in the back.

Yes, a major blockage, so was only lighting on one side.
