Lot’s of ideas, but without a model number they would be a shot in the dark. Standing pilot? electronic? Filter system? Type of burners?

I try, but the Tarro cards don’t want to tell me anything today.

There is no doubt in my mind that Ectofix , myself or some other tech on this forum can answer the question posed if we had the information requested on the original fount page. It is amazing how many people can’t read or digest what they read before posting. Maybe they had a hard morning and just want to vent. But, we are not their whipping post. They are only thinking of what is in front of them. Not what is going on elsewhere. We have all seen it or done it at some point of our careers.

After 10 min online, aí found out that it has to be on af three sensors.
You guys are like bitches. Too much crying.

Sir, Pitco has made hundreds of different fryer designs. All I asked for was a model number so that we could assist you in finding the answer to your problem. 3 Sensors? Now we know you have a electronic controller. I can honestly vouch for many of us on this blog as having the knowledge and experience to solve most any kitchen machine problem or direct you to the best source to solve it. Instead of trash talking us try looking inside the door for the model number.

Behind every trash talker is someone with some inkling of humility to realize that they’re out of their league, but don’t want to admit it.
Vanity is an ugly motivational factor for trash talk, too.
