You can/should always reach out to the manufacturer for exact replacement.
But in some cases it might a be an urgent matter, which an exact replacement might not be an option due to longer lead times. (As we had that issue a while back)
So we found a universal Dixel thermostat controller at the local HVAC supplier. Had it programmed with tech support from Emerson over the phone.
I’ve used a bench vise (with blocks of wood for protection) amd knocked it out with a punch tool.
