On a model 18672ptbm there is a refrigeration leak where lines go into the top of the table……how does this come apart so I can get to it

There’s not any documentation I could find on Delfield 18600 series parts breakdowns. I do have a parts list and the following manuals to share, however.
With that said, as of 1-Jan-18, you do need to be certified to purchase HFC refrigerants including 404A, which is what this unit should be using. (I say should because I’m not there to see for myself, but the manual does suggest all these models use 404A). If you are not a tech, you must contact one to get this problem fixed. They possess the knowledge, tools, and certification to test, repair, and charge your equipment.
I did find one picture of the refrigeration system, but it doesn’t explain much:
If you are a qualified technician, you may have to access this system from the inside.
If you are not a qualified tech, please do contact one. You will end up paying much more in the end when you need to replace the entire system.

I don’t believe you can remove the top. The top chamber is full of a Eutectic liquid and the coils are in the fluid. Check to manufactoring date on this and talk to Delfield. They may want to replace it..
