Looking to convert a Henny Penny OFG-323 from bat gas to propane. What type of parts do I need? Is it a kit or do you have to change burners as well?  How much work is it? What is the cost?  Thanks

Depends on the serial number of the unit.  Look’s like you do have to change the pilot assy’s as the flame detector rod is positioned differently, the gas valves, different pressure,  and the burner assembly’s.. This unit does have a closed combustion chamber with a draft inducer and the burners are different for LP for flame mixture and shaping, and  flash back.  Three each
