Blodgett convection oven heats up to temperature and maintains it for about two hours and then it shuts off

you must have the old style upsidedown long body dual solonoid gas vave. Valve begins to fail leaving a very small pilot flame that stays on when burner shuts down. This cofuses the ignition module in the burner off positionand loks out module. Opening door resets power to module and it goes again. This was a factory recall for many years. Replase with new honneywell 24 v dual sol. Gas valve. Yuo will nee a fitting to make up for shorter new valve
