Meet Our New techtown Admin, Tito!
Good afternoon techtown! I am happy to announce that we have a new admin joining the team here at techtown. Please welcome Tito!
Tito has been in the foodservice industry for 12 years on the technical support side of the business in addition to years as a technician on the field.
He has earned certifications through CFESA for Electric, Steam, and Gas elevating him to a Master Technician through CFESA. He has strong relationship with multiple manufacturers’ working closely as the senior tech. Support ranges from identifying part failure, technician error, as well as providing detail as it regards to any warranty that may still be enforce for a particular product or service rendered.
He can provide excellent support through his familiarity with diagrams, common errors, not-so-common errors, best practice on and off the field and avenues to explore when working with manufacturer warranties.
In addition to the technical support he can offer to help out others here, Tito will also be taking over the day to day operations of the site itself. Be on the lookout for some posts where he will look for all of your feedback as to how the site runs, so that we can provide the best possible community to all of you. This will be a welcome addition to the techtown community.
