Star UM-1850A conveyor direction change
I just got a Star UM-1850A conveyor oven and need to change the direction of the belt. All manuals that I’ve found online don’t say how to do tht. Any help would be appreciated.

A little bit more information is needed for this. Why is it running in reverse? Did you just buy this oven? What voltage do you have?
Reversing the belt is a lot more than just changing the direction. They have assess to the controller locked due to this. To reverse the belt one has to remove the conveyor and turn the belt around. They are only made to go one way without damage and excessive stretching
Recommend you find a Star/Holman service company tech.

Yup, per the Installation and Operation Instructions:
“The conveyor belt direction and the temperature display can be changed on the conveyor oven by a qualified technician.
To change the belt direction, the technician must reverse the motor direction and rotate the conveyor belt for proper oven function.”
