So the problem with 3D printing any parts is knowing if the plastic has 2 very basic requirements:
1. Is it food safe. Will it be OK if a customer ingests those pieces of plastic? If the answer is no, you leave yourself open to all sorts of liability issues.
2. Will it put up with the temp? Most ware-washers will start at 140 degrees F and go past 180F. Most 3D plastic will soften at those temps.

Other than safety (which is a huge concern) if the unit is in warranty you just voided said warranty. ectofix has a point. I want to stay out of court.Â

I know there are a lot of negative and scary thoughts floating around with this coming change but I'm really interested on how the industry will adapt and what we will go to next IFÂ the industry decides this is too nutty.Â

So I wonder what the big 180 on the propane if at one time it was illegal. Probably lack of alternatives. Good write up there ectofix!Â

If you are receieving the PROB error, according to the manual: “Prob” The controller cannot read the probe. Check to verify the probe is connected, if connected ohm the probe out – see temperature readings. Here is the manual:  http://extranet.garland-group.com/document_catalog/PODLib/G_GO_SM_MCO_MCOSM06.pdf I hope this helps!Â

I think there was a previous thread where we talked about bad timers/microswitches. I believe it was on a dish machine. It happens but it seems super strange when it does. “No way the microswitch went bad. That never happens.” Until it does.Â
