    Model numbers on the frame of slicer, the factory tag us scrubbed clean no writing anywhere. How else can one id the model number??

    Do what izzi said.

     

    Here’s something else you can do.  Try matching it up to a model specification sheet.  As a technician, I’ve had to do this more than I care to admit to properly identify a unit I needed order parts for.

    That site includes Vulcan and Wolf products too.  However, Berkel stuff is first (alphabetically).  So the list starts out with  Current Products and then, if you scroll down a ways, you”ll find Discontinued Products.

     

    Looks like there’s over thirty models to sort through.  Have fun with that.
