Hello.

My Rational SCC WE 101 is leaking heavily during the empty phase of the cleaning. It comes from under the machine, almost center, in and around the “Drain pipe with bushing” (pn 50.01.191), or around the Collecting pan (pn: 54.01.191). I can’t say for certain, but it looks like it comes from one of these places. (But the water could also have been collecting inside the machine, and just found these ways out).

Do you have any pictures of the leak? it could be a drain line clogged or clogging somewhere else. A visual could help in giving more informed advise.

It’s common for the condensing system to get gunk’ed up with byproducts and vaporized grease of the cooking process. Especially if the cleaning tablets are not used timely and to spec. Also check the drain. You’ll probably have to remove the condenser and also make sure it’s getting cold water.
