This question isn’t in reguards to an ice machine or anything? Is it?

if you get a shorted contactor coil on a Manitowoc Indigo quiet cube machine they will do some goofy things and maybe give an HPCO fault.

  • Yep. If it’s electric there’s probably either a burnt/melted connection somewhere or the thermostat is going bad.

I have the same Chicago Case. Thats what I use whenever I'm working on cooking equipment. Those tools only get used for cooking equipment. My list of tools is pretty much the same as ectofix

When I'm doing refrigeration or hvac I have a klein backback filled with tools just for that.

And if I'm servicing a boiler or a commercial burner I have a five gallon pail with a tool pouch in it with the tools just for that.

So yes, I have three different sets of tools in my van, lol

Can't remember if it was Coke or Pepsi,

But there was a Buffalo Wild Wings remodel recently, and the local health inspector made Coke put casters on the soda dispensers, and coil up spare tubing behind them. That way you could roll them out to clean behind them.

It will work, kind of…. The probe itself is the same, however the wire is different.

You would have to cut and splice the wire if you used the 762781, or you could snake the wire down the back and run it all the way and connect it to the board.

I wonder if it is not code, but a Sears rule. Sears is afraid the copper tubing will leak and flood your house and they will be liable for damages.

I know if you get a new washing machine from Sears, the delivery guys will only connect water if you purchased brand new water hoses from Sears. That way they don't have to worry about being responsible for reusing old hoses in the event they start to leak.

And ironically enough, in Wisconsin the AHJ's want you to use copper and don't allow the stepless clamps and plastic tubing.

    All good points by ectofix

If you haven't been cleaning the oven regularly, follow the procedure to remove the conveyor and clean out the inside of the oven. The crumbs and burnt food can build up quick and disrupt/block airflow.

Yes, good point fixbear, I forgot that the shell/tube condenser is the receiver.

That tool for compressing the lid spring on Henny Penny pressure fryers comes in pretty handy
