and if it  is automatic like arbys  and several others where does operator error come in to play?

  • any way if your working on a comi good luck I thought this was tech town not toon town

  • plunger will not work the tray is like 32 wide by 4  plastic  don't know the model if it is a 208 smk gonna break the plastic mounts that hold it and 4 inchs will not work with a plunger this drain is gravity fed its not a toilet

  • no ectofix he wants to clean drain on combi oven like chilis probally a 208smk he wasn't specific put line in left hole in catch tray under door  I'm talking about weed eater line about 4 foot will work work it  that spring your talking about haven't looked at it probally for a tea machine never have used one pull the tube after shower head screw driver works fine clear indication of clogged on tea  that is water coming out of weep hole that would be indication of calcium in shower head lime most complaints are weak tea watery taste or sucks

  • don't buy it use weed eater line works better go thru hole left side of tray and work it also works good on pe hole on outboard motors

  • kinda hard on the answers we were all rookies at some point first of all I'm not a big fan of these units worked on a few at ruby Tuesdays inpingers in general are a pain in the buttocks first thing I would have checked is the single or 3 phase coming in to the unit  has to have the initial power to begin with not specific on motor was it blower motor or cooling fan don't remember if cooling fan is 120 or not but blower motor is 240 if this is not turning it wont heat due to internal centrifugal switch me more specific more details is helpful I work on chilis and bjs inpingers all the time but these are gas that Lincoln is electric glad Hobart took over them ruby Tuesdays now I just fix there microwaves there yeah

these quick connects are known to fail get rid of it an replace with one that doesn't have the shut off built in to it when chilis got there henny penny fryers they were installed using these tampa Orlando ft myers to Gainesville we have had to replace almost all of them

  • some rc17 have 3 magnetrons and 3 transformers and caps if its sparking inside at top verify antenna is clean and turning if sparking on bottom look for burning on oven tray or if silicone seal is damaged if tray is chipped  or hot spot you will need to cut silocone lift up tray make sure bottom antenna is not damaged clean and turning you can take amp draw on each transformer using far left wire on the front of transformer I believe one is blue one is yellow don't recall other mayby brown amp draw should be close on all 3 around 5 to 6 amps each do not run unit empty put plastic bowl with water to check another thing you could do is unplug left wire  one at a time on transformer run it do this on each transformer if sparking goes away the magnetron for that transformer will need inspection to get you by leave left wire unplugged tape it up I would start with amp draw first that will tell you a lot to begin with
