I’ve seen the roto phase and I’ve used a VFD but the capacitor box is new to me. I need more information about them before insisting to my customer that he needs to have a proper 3Ø line installed to prevent his new grinder from failing the way his old one did.

Make sure the box is level before making any adjustments shown in the manual.

With the introduction of solid state components and cheaply made at that, heat is not your friend

MemberApril 10, 2018 at 3:15 pm in reply to: APW WYOTT toaster power switches fail very often (#APW89501)Change the connections on the end of the wire to a high heat tab of good quality to prevent arching which causes the switch to burn up
You also want to make sure the toaster is being adequately ventilated, make sure you have enough clearance around the device as well as cleaning off the fan cover from any build up.
My customers are appalled whenever I show them the fan cover; they cannot imagine how much of a build up is present.
