I would need a model number to find out the sequence of operation. If you have incoming voltage but the contactor will not close you can trace the coil voltage to and keep tracing back until you find where the voltage is lost. I can look for a wiring diagram with a model number.

Without a model number we cant answer the question. In most cases you would have to access an electrical box on the unit and the connection would be found there.

You could have a dirty coil among many other possibilities. its hard to say with limited information. a model and serial could help. the sequence of operation is needed to properly diagnose.

Awesome, thanks for the help!

Are you Using an OEM switch? If not did you compare the amp rating on the switches? I have had this happen on Vulcan, cres core and a few other proofers/holding cabinets. Usually its the wrong switch or the wires and connectors need to be replaced.

Sounds like you may have an obstruction somewhere in the gas line. Or your pressure could be off. is there any soot by the burners? lint on orifices? what is the gas pressure?
